Mark Colclough is the Director and a co-Founder of Grá. Mark has extensive knowledge in the area of addiction having trained and worked in Merchants Quay Ireland, Cuan Mhuire, lived in the Cenacolo Community for recovering addicts and worked as an addiction counsellor with Coolmine therapeutic Community for five years. Mark acts as a guide for understanding Grá as a way of life as well as an organisation. He is currently overseeing the development of Grá house. Mark has a BA in Community Studies from NUI, Maynooth.

Anita Layden, is a qualified Barrister practicing at the Irish Bar
for five years. She works mainly in the area of Human Rights and has been
running a legal clinic in SPIRASI (Centre for victims of torture, Refugees
and Migrant workers) for the past 18 months. Anita also works with the
Migrant Rights Centre in Parnell Square taking on cases dealing with the
exploitation of non-nationals in the workplace. Additionally she teaches English
on a sporadic basis to non-nationals.
